The Coral Coast
The Coral Coast is an area along the South Coast of Viti Levu, Fiji’s main Island. Situated along the coast from the long white beach of Natadola Bay to the West through to the beginning of the Serua Hills in the East and centred around the market town of Sigatoka, the area is famous for its natural beauty and culture.
In Hot Glass Fiji’s work you can see the inspiration of the changing blues of the ocean and the line of white where the Pacific Ocean breaks on the fringing reef, the array of greens in the rainforests and the grassy hills, the swaying palms with their bounty of coconuts, the Sigatoka Sand Dunes and the River Valley with its Limestone cliffs and caves – stand out natural attractions in a beautiful country.
