DELIVERY POLICY

All orders are subject to product availability. Handblown glass products are unique Items are often made to order. If an item is available in the Gallery it will be despatched within 7 days. If an item is to be made to order we will give an estimated despatch time. All overseas orders are sent via DHL. At checkout, DHL will give an estimated delivery time from despatch to the recipient. All DHL packages are trackable. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered. If necessary, your order may be delivered in separate shipments. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties.

If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order..

REFUND POLICY

All Hot Glass Fiji products are individually made and each is unique. Items may contain small bubbles, and may vary slightly in size, weight or colour. This is all part of the attraction of handblown glass!

Once despatched, products cannot be refunded.

To ensure satisfaction we are happy to send images of your purchased items prior to packaging and despatch of your piece or pieces.

Order cancellations

You may only cancel your order prior to despatch. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Exchanging products

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase we can do an exchange for items of the same value. All Shipping costs would need to be paid for by the purchaser.
To place an exchange request for an order, you would need to contact Hot Glass Fiji via email at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery of the item. We may grant extensions to this period at our discretion.

Please provide your order number and a reason for your request. Your request will be reviewed within 5 days and we will notify you via email of the results. We reserve the right to extend the response time in exceptional cases with a prior notice to you.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Hot Glass Fiji are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Hot Glass Fiji and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Hot Glass Fiji does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Hot Glass Fiji itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Hot Glass Fiji or to products you purchase through Hot Glass Fiji shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Fiji, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Hot Glass Fijis intellectual property rights, Hot Glass Fiji may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Fiji, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the Fiji Arbitration Association. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
