On Tuesday we had a lovely family from Denver do a 2 hour glass blowing experience at Hot Glass. They did a great job making a bowl, drinking glass and a couple of vases. Here they are with my Leafpool bowls.

We have had a great few weeks since we have been back in the studio, making Medals and the Women’s Bowl trophy for the Bayleys Coral Coast 7’s, 2 large trophies for the Fisher Memorial golf tournament, an over sized beer mug for the Suva Golden Oldies and many more orders from the new ebrochure!

At last i am back blowing in my studio! After 5 days of watering my slab and then another 6 days waiting for it to dry out, I was ready to get back into the studio and get blowing again….. Here are some pictures of a piece I made today.
