Following on from the success of last year’s inaugural collaborative exhibition between Alice Hill at Hot Glass Fiji and Shane Bower from Imagination in Metal , the second “Born from Fire” exhibition will open at the Grand Pacific Hotel in Suva on October 17th 2018.

This year’s exhibition, entitled “From Ocean to Forest”, will be open to the public from October 18th – 25th 2018 please NOTE – The exhibition will be closed on the 23rd and 24th October 2018.

All Alice’s and Shane’s individual and collaborative pieces are new for 2018, and we are also thrilled to be introducing a guest artist this year.

Sonny Sofe is based in Nadi, and his beautiful carved pieces are wonderful examples of the talent in 3 dimensional art to be found in Fiji, which we want to showcase through Born from Fire.

Entry to the exhibition, once again in the Rara Lounge of the Grand Pacific Hotel, is free.

The exhibition will be staffed by studio members each day from 9am until 6pm, with one or all of the artists in attendance most days.

If you are only free later, the doors remain open for visitors until 9pm.
